My current Lodger has just announced that she's got an exciting new job outside London. Although I'm truly thrilled for her I'm sadly having to wave goodbye and now looking for a replacement.
The double room which is available Monday - Friday overlooks a sunny, south facing garden in a 2 bedroom terraced house on a quiet street in a friendly safe neighbourhood on the Earlsfield/Tooting/Wimbledon borders.
The room, which has recently been decorated, has ample storage space and a very comfortable double bed.
The bathroom, which has just been totally refurbished, is shared but this has never caused any problems or issues in the past with my previous Mon-Fri lodgers.
The rent will include all the utilities and amenities -- WIFI, high speed broadband, dishwasher, washing machine, shower etc. Clean bed linen and towels provided.
Fantastic transport links -- frequent bus service, rail and underground connections from Earlsfield, Tooting or Wimbledon all within a 10 minute walk
There’s a Zip car within walking distance and a Gym and Pool just a 5 minute walk away.
I'm very easy going, have a wide circle of friends and very sociable. My lodgers are always included in any week-day dinner parties either planned or impromptu.
