Large Double room Tooting Broadway with garden

Double room available in Tooting, close to Tooting Broadway station and St George’s hospital. Room is available from the 1st of August. The room comes furnished. It also has another ‘spare room’ attached, which would be perfect for someone working from home or if you are in need of extra storage.

There is a large bright sitting room with space to hang out in the evenings. The house also has a garden which is a great little sun trap.

We are 2 professionals (females) and looking for a like minded person to move in. Our days during the week are pretty busy so usually tend to pretty chilled in the evenings with dinner and drinks in the evening - partial to the odd mid week drink in the local also ! We would love our housemate to be sociable, whilst also respecting each others privacy. We are pretty social ourselves and enjoy the pub, gigs, watching tv, cinema, going for dinner etc. We also a gorgeous dog which is super friendly ! There is obviously no expectation to look after him 😅
