We have 1 great room available in our fantastic 6 bed house, in Colliers Wood.
We are looking for a new housemate who is clean, relaxed, friendly, a working professional, and who will slot in nicely with our house dynamic!
About the housemates:
3 guys and 2 girl aged: 25-30. We all respect each other’s individual lives but also enjoy socialising together e. g. film nights, pub quiz, house dinners.
About the house:
6 double bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, garden, patio, huge open planned kitchen, living room and dining table.
THE ROOM: Good sized double room. This comes with desk & desk chair, wardrobe, chest of drawers.
Transport links:
10 min walk to Colliers Wood tube, 12 mins from Tooting Broadway tube, multiple bus routes 2-4 min walk away.
Bills are currently at £135 pm which includes a weekly cleaner and all other general bills.
Move in date is 3rd September.
