I’m looking for a female flat mate to move into a 2 bedroom flat in Tooting Broadway / Earlsfield (SW17 0)
The large , bright double room has recently been painted and is ready for someone to move in as soon as possible. (Ideally by 1st May but can be sooner. 🤗) Room can be furnished or unfurnished. It has a storage unit in it (optional can be removed) and a built in wardrobe.
There is a shared bathroom, spacious living area and lovely kitchen.
The secure building is in a lovely quiet residential development behind Springfield Park. Garratt Green is also a short walk away. There is a very convenient little Tesco under the building.
Commuting is easy with both Tooting Broadway and Earlsfield stations just 10 mins away. The 44, 77, 270 and G1 busses also pass nearby.
A deposit of £1,000 will be needed upfront.
The monthly Rent is £900 and then bills will be approximately £110 (including Wi-Fi & fortnightly cleaner)

I am 25, South African and work long days managing a beauty salon in Clapham. (Perks of living with me is discounted treatments 😉)
I am very sociable and enjoy the odd pint/ glass of wine but equally enjoy a movie night. I’m looking for a flat mate that will be open to forming a friendship but also respecting each others own space etc.
