Hey,
We are looking for a housemate to potentially occupy a small double bedroom in our house. It is a great house, with a lovely backyard at about 8 minutes walk away from the Tooting Broadway station. It is located on a quiet street super close to St George’s hospital.
We are all professionals in the house and like to keep things quiet between 10:30pm - 08:30am. We have a cleaning schedule and each one of us is responsible to clean either the kitchen, common space or bathroom once a week.
We are looking for someone in there late 20s - early 30s who is friendly, easy to live with and neat & tidy!
There is no living room in the house but the kitchen is quite big and we have seating arrangements in the back yard. You will be sharing one full bathroom and a toilet with 2 other girls.
