We have a small double bedroom (ground floor) available in our friendly, professional house and we’re looking for a female housemate to take over the room from 17th October on a 1-year contract.
About the House:
-Located on a quiet street, just an 8-minute walk to Tooting Broadway Station.
-Super close to St George’s Hospital – perfect if you work nearby.
-We have a lovely backyard with seating arrangements for those sunny days.
-No living room, but the spacious kitchen is great for socializing.
-You’ll share a full bathroom and a separate toilet with 2 other girls.
Financials:
-Rent: £760 per month.
-Bills: ~£120 per month (includes utilities, council tax, etc.).
-There may be a small fee (~£50) to exchange the contract into your name.
About Us:
-We’re all professionals in our early 30s. One works in Medical setting so has early shifts..
-The house stays quiet between 10:30pm - 8:30am to respect everyone’s rest🙏🏼❤️
-We maintain a cleaning schedule to keep things tidy and organised
About You:
We’re looking for someone over 28 years old to early 30s, who is:
-Friendly, respectful, easygoing,
-Full time professional (no students, sorry), ideally who doesn’t wfh on full time basis
-Tidy, happy to contribute to keeping the house in good condition
-Who doesn’t depend on house socialising as we are all so busy 😅😅
