Hello 👋, we are two friend and working professionals who are looking for a tidy and considerate flatmate to move into the third room in the house. We are both sociable and ideally would find someone we enjoy hanging out with in the evenings as well as go out with to enjoy the city.

Large furnished room in two level maisonette flat. Flat is on first and second floor with a large living room and separate kitchen, bathroom, and outdoor terrace area with shard views!

The location 📍

The flat is a 5 minutes walk to Tooting Broadway and northern line and 15minute walk to Tooting station and Thames link. It’s a short walk from Tooting common. Lots of new cafes and bars opening in the area and only 15min walk to Tooting market. The flat is a 3 bed and other two rooms are occupied by two working professionals.

Bills 💸

The rent is £700/month and bills are roughly £80/month on top of that.
