The large corner flat is situated in a beautiful Victorian mansion block, on a quiet road, about a 7 minute walk from Balham station. It is a well kept flat with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 with a bath), a modern kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine, as well as a spacious living area which opens onto a balcony. The block also has a communal courtyard with a little garden which is a sun trap in the summer. On-street parking is also available it you get a residents permit. We like to keep the flat clean and tidy and are looking for someone like minded to join us.
We are all professionals who are really friendly, sociable and easy to live with. The dynamic of the flat is great and we often spend time together - movie nights, brunch, dinner, drinks, etc.
The boring bits.. rent is £810.20 and bills are approx. £85 - 90pm and we would like someone to move in from Oct 10th.
