We’re looking for a fourth person to join us in renting a stunning, huge, clean, 4 bed, 4 WCs, (3 shower/bathrooms) property between Wimbledon and Earlsfield. With a move day early to mid October. Large rooms, and big garden looking over gated, private gardens. Lounge the size of two lounges!
It’s next to the Wimbledon football ground. Don’t worry, soundproofing stops any noise when they do play.
Across from the development is a gym, Starbucks, Lidl, Pets at Home, and other shops.
The flat will be partly furnished, the room is unfurnished, but landlord can provide a bed. Each room also has an extra large storage cupboard in the hall! As well as a pantry cupboard.
Living with 3 very chilled but very clean and tidy professional guys. Looking for someone who wants a home with considerate and friendly people, up for socialising but also doing our own thing. Oh, and the world’s cutest lap dog!
Location is on a good bus route, with Earlsfield station about 14 min walk, and the culture of Tooting and Wimbledon near by.
