Short-term 7-week sublet with en-suite in SW17

Hi!

I am away for 7 weeks over Christmas (4th December - 22nd January) and looking to sublet my room. You would be living with a group of female friends in a social flat, who are respectful of people's space.

All bills are included in the price.

The room is furnished with a double bed and comes with a full ensuite with shower. It is comfortable double sized room and could be considered for a couple.

The flat is a large family home in a quiet street and walking distance to Wandsworth common. We have a large kitchen/ shared living room- with a work from home desk space- a back garden, and lots of room for storage. There is on-site parking as well as a garage.

Walking distance from Bellevue road shops and Wandsworth Common station. Closest tube is Tooting Bec on the Northern Line.

Ideally looking for a female subletter of a similar age, who will easily slot in for 7 weeks!
