Large room with fab housemates

Hi! I’m sadly leaving this wonderful house to go travelling. The room is a ground floor large room with a sink which looks out onto a quiet road. You'll also be sharing a bathroom with 2 other people. Bills are not included but are on average £100 a month which includes a bi-weekly cleaner for the communal areas. The bedroom is partly furnished and the communal areas are furnished. Earliest available moving date is Saturday 6th December, but to make sure we find someone who’s the right fit, we are flexible on the starting date.

Most importantly, who will you be sharing with? I can only describe my housemates as the funniest, caring and considerate huns in Tooting!! Rian (31) a construction consultant who loves food and travel, Chloe (31) is a primary school teacher who slays at knitting and also travel and Tom (30) is a graphic designer who has the biggest passion for hiking around Scotland, sweet treats and swimming! We all love to catch up over dinner time, watch tv together, have the occasional pub trip, all whilst enjoying our own social lives. I hope to fill my spot with someone who’s a 9-5 professional, has a silly sense of humour and a hype gal/guy!

We're looking for someone who is clean, tidy, respectful and friendly. As a sociable bunch, we'd love for someone who's keen to be sociable too, though we all respect one another's need for alone time :)
