Hiya, I'm looking for someone to take over my room in a girly house in Tooting Broadway. The room comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, drawers and storage.

You'd be living with 2 girls in their 20s both professionals working mainly in the office.

The house has a shared living room, kitchen, bathroom, spare room for clothing/storage/laundry and back garden.

The house is 5 mins walk to tooting Broadway station (Northern Line), 3 min walk to big sainsburys and there are many shops and restaurants in the area to pick from.

The room will be available from 17th January. Viewing will be arranged for 15th and 18th December.
