I am gay guy looking for new flat mate. The flat is a two-bedroom flat and is spacious newly refurbished. the room for rent is big with a double bed and wardrobe,. The shared living room is a kitchen/living room.
The flat is situated in a quiet street with lots of trees nice surroundings 10 minutes’ walk from Clapham Junction and 5 minutes walk from Wandsworth Town Station. It is close to supermarkets, shops, bars, and restaurants, Southside in Wandsworth is a bout 10 minutes walk. And The shopping area close to Clapham Junction as well.
I am friendly I'm a laid back, friendly and social Danish guy (gay) with a good sense of humour. I work full time near Westminster in a tech company, which means I am an early riser, and after work I normally go to the gym 3-4 times a week .I'm quite an independent person but also hope to live in a place where the housemates talk rather than lock themselves in their room.
