Lovely house to share in Earlsfield.

I have a double room with private bathroom (it is the family bathroom and next to the bedroom; I have my own ensuite bedroom on another floor so you would have plenty of privacy) available. The room has a double bed, chest of drawers, desk, chair and two built-in cupboards. There is also plenty of storage in the bathroom.

The house is a first-floor maisonette in Wandsworth and has a fully fitted kitchen, breakfast room, sitting room and garden. It is walking distance to the train to Clapham Junction / Battersea / Vauxhall / Waterloo and the District line (closest stops are Wimbledon Park and Southfields), several bus stops (to Wimbledon, Putney and Victoria), to the high street and shops.

It is £800 a month, utilities (except phone) included.

My current tenant has decided to take a job closer to home. The room will be available in at the end of March.

The house would suit someone who wants a comfortable home.
