My flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend and so I'm looking for a new flatmate to share my Victorian terraced ground floor flat in Earsfield/Southfields.
It's a furnished double room with a shared bathroom, but I only have a 5 minute commute and so likely won't clash on shower times in the morning.
There is a garden with a barbecue for the summer months. I have a cockapoo puppy and so a dog lover is key!
I'd like someone to be sociable with when both at home but equally who is independent. Enjoy having people over for dinner but not a wild party house...
