Comfy Single Room & Own Bathroom - Mon - Fri Only

MONDAY - FRIDAY ONLY

A comfy single room with its own bathroom in a bright modern flat (built-in 2008) located between Wandsworth Town and Earlsfield, near the Southside Shopping Centre.

Three nights a week - £500 a month (i. e. Monday to Thursday)
Four nights a week - £600 a month (i. e. Monday to Friday)

The room was redecorated in 2019 and turned into a guest room. Current tenant of three years is leaving at the end of November and the room will be redecorated in December ready for January. I am also installing wood flooring in the hallway and living room and intend to put in new carpets in the bed rooms.

It is a very modern styled room equipped with a comfortable (so I'm told) single bed, double wardrobe, bedside table and a Samsung wall-mounted TV.

The tenant has use of the fully equipped kitchen and living room. The living room has a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV with active TV subscriptions.
There is unlimited Wi-Fi throughout.

I do not typically use the room at the weekends, so if you want sole use, that is not a problem. I am content to allow items to be stored in the room. I am also open to the occasional weekend stay, but it is a Monday-to-Friday let, not a seven-day let. The room will be cleaned, and the bed linen will be changed. The tenant is welcome to bring their own bedding.

There is a private gated car park. Parking is possible for an additional charge. If you want to park Monday to Friday, then it will be an additional £85.00 per month. Parking in the area is at a premium and I otherwise rent the space.

The flat is a brisk 10-minute walk to Wandsworth Town or a 15-minute walk to Earlsfield Station. It's between 20 and 25 minutes to walk to Clapham Junction. There are lots of buses, and the flat is very well served by shops, entertainment, and dining locations.

I am the owner, male, late 40's, and I work from home most days and often in the evening but not typically. I am a vegetarian, but I don't mind if you are not. I am seeking a professional who wants a nice clean, stable base in South West London, Monday-to-Friday.

Smokers are welcome, but the flat and building are non-smoking, so you will have to go to the car park or exit the building.


PLEASE NOTE:

(1) I get a lot of people asking if I will consider a seven-day let. The answer will always be no!
(2) I will request confirmation from anyone who contacts me that they understand that this is a Monday-to-Friday let.

(3) I love animals but I don't have permission from the building management company for a dog. So it's no pets.

(4) There really isn't room for a desk...you can try but I don't think so. I'm also not looking for someone who works regularly from home. It's fine occasionally.
