1 single room + 1 single-double bed room available

We are looking for a new flatmates for our lovely house in Chapham!

We have a little single room available from september, (possible earlier) . The room is small but cosy. Its perfect for new people in the city or for those ones who can not pay too much. This room will have practically a bathroom (no shower) for its own.

We also have available the bigest room on the flat. Its a huge bright room with a double size bed, a masive wardrove and a small balcony.

Its a 4 bethroom house, divided in twoo floors. First floor: open plan kitchen-livingroom, little toilet and litle room. Second floor, 3 rooms and the main bathroom with bath.
The house is very bright and warm and ideal to share the comon areas as they are big and confortable. Tjere are also 2 storage wardroves on the corridors.
Both rooms are available from 1st September (agency foxtons) but we will have empty rooms from August so we are very flexible if you need to move before.

We are looking for a tidy and clean flatmates who respect the night time and common spaces. Tbere is time for socialise as well! We often have dinner or breakfast together so we are looking for someone sociable and happy to chat with.
