Single room available from August 29th and looking for someone to sign on to the new lease at this time. Rent is £410 /month with bills coming to about £40 /month. The room is furnished with a single bed + bedding, bedside table and set of drawers.

The location is amazing, on East Hill, the extension of St John's Hill where there are loads of pubs, cafes and shops. It's a 10min walk to Clapham Junction station and there is a bus stop right outside the place. It's a 15-20min walk to Southside shopping centre and a large Sainsburys.

You'll be sharing this flat with 3 awesome girls. Two Aussies and one Kiwi. We are all pretty chilled, love a glass of red in the evenings and some good chat.
