Myself & Morgan are after a new flat mate to join 16 Lux!
Sadly Alex and her dog Autumn are moving on the pastures new, meaning the flat has space for someone to join in the largest room with private en suite in a fantastic location!
Our flat itself has the largest balcony in the block, providing you with plenty of outdoor space, perfect in the Summer!
Thes is an open modern kitchen/lounge dining area and two double room’s with a shared bathroom(Mattie/Morgan) while the larger available room in the has the private en suite.
There is always separate bath and shower in the en suite and just outside the bathroom there’s a large ‘walk in’ wardrobe style storage area.
There is a 24/7 concierge service, perfect for online deliveries! Also, there is a large underground bike lock up on floor -1.
The location is great and you’d be in walking distance to Southside Shopping Centre, Putney, Clapham, Wandsworth and all the lovely Thames paths and parks / amenities that are so close by.
The move in date is 01 July 2024. This aligns with a new contract to be signed for 12 months with the agent as a 3.
Bills are usually somewhere around £100- £120 each as an average but of course fluctuate with energy prices and heating/time of the year.
We are a friendly social flat and Morgan and I would like to keep that vibe with the right person! We respect each other’s privacy but also do enjoy to utilise the communal area’s and catch up / chill, as well as a trip to the pub here and there. The Kings Arms is the local!
