Hello there,
We are two professionals, female and male, in our mid 20s early 30s.
We have a Single and a Double room available in our well-maintained and clean 4-bed maisonette in a quiet, yet very central area situated 7 min walk from Southfields Tube station (check it on the map) with free parking for residents.

On the ground floor there is the entrance hall, a fully equipped open plan kitchen, a large and bright living/dining room and the available Double bedroom. This comprises of a double bed with storage underneath, an in-built cupboard with shelves, a wardrobe, a small desk, and a huge walk-in storage that goes under the staircase where you can fit more furniture if you want.
There is also a rear patio garden.
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, the bathroom and separate toilet.
The Single bedroom is on the first floor, and has a single bed with storage underneath and you can move it around as you wish. In the room there's also a small chest of drawer, a bedside drawer and space for a small desk or more furniture if you want. There is also an inbuild wardrobe with plenty of storage for your personal use just outside the room for your private use.

As for us, we are very sociable, LGBT friendly, clean and tidy and respectful of others and we are looking for a likeminded people. We all have office jobs Mon to Fri.

Bills come to about £60/90 per person per month when there are 4 people living here...VERY cheap!!!

As for the area, the flat is located in a small building, in a residential area, very quiet and safe only a short walk to the Tube station.
The high-street with South Side shopping centre, all the bars and restaurant and all major supermarkets, are also no more than 10 min walk away.
