I am a psychotherapist with a pet dog. This is a short term let. A minimum of 1 month and maximum of 3. I need the property vacated by the 5th September. The house is quiet and peaceful during the week and weekend. Due to my work commitments, this is not a party house. If you are looking for a peaceful and safe home, then I’m the perfect housemate for you!

A professional adult who is clean, tidy and considerate.
Not suitable for home working or couples.
You’ll need to like dogs as I have a 1 year old English bull terrier. This is not a party house and I politely ask that all your socialising takes place outside of the apartment. That’s not to say I’m boring - I will always be up for having a few glasses of wine with you :)
