A gorgeous sunny room in a spacious 4 bed flat share with a large garden, with 3 lovely ladies ranging in age 30-35, working in teaching, marketing and government. Hopeful to find someone within that same range of 29-35. Located on a quiet street 7 min walk to Wandsworth common, 15 mins to both Wandsworth common station or Earlsfield and close to multiple bus stops. There is a cafe, Young’s and Londis around the corner and a 20 min walk to southside shopping centre with many shops!

We pride ourselves on having a welcoming and homey feel, we all like to socialise in the lounge and have wine nights in and nights out together but also love our own quite time and respect each others privacy. We all aim to keep the flat tidy and are respectful of each others work schedules when coming in or leaving.

The room comes unfurnished but the girl moving out is happy to sell everything (bed, desk, and wardrobe) for a bundle of only £300! Which is a steal as all is brand new, bought in February!
