Hello! I’m sadly moving out of my room in a lovely girls flat in Clapham Junction and am looking for someone to take my place from the 1st of April!

The available room is a double with plenty of built in storage. There is also space for a small desk if required. It faces onto the garden which means privacy and a nice view.

The flat has a living room space with TV, kitchen with a dining table and dishwasher(!), two bathrooms and a pretty garden - perfect in summer!

The flat is in the loveliest location. Less than a 10 minute walk from Clapham Junction Station (6 minute train to Central London). Northcote Road is less than 15 minutes away - perfect for grabbing a coffee and browsing the shops or going for a drink in the evening. 1 minute walk to Wandsworth Common, 2 minute walk from Sainsbury’s and some lush pubs and restaurants. Also just a 15 minute walk from Southside shopping centre.

You will be living with 3 professional girls, Gabriella, Ellie and Annabel, aged between 25-28, who all have their own lives but also like to socialise together (especially over a drink at the pub quiz!) They are pretty chilled out people - love a few glasses of wine and a documentary, hosting the occasional get-together, and going out dancing with friends every now and then, but they don't party very hard, so hoping to find someone with a similar vibe! The house is kept tidy and clean. Everyone helps out but they are also chilled about chores. You’ll fit in great if you are easygoing, friendly, and looking to live with people you want to be friends with as well.
Bills range from £40-£110 depending on the time of year (the area has very cheap council tax!)
Deposit is £721.
