Double Room for Rent in Wandsworth

Hi! Our housemate is moving out so we are looking to fill a double room our flat in Wandsworth. Our preference is for a female housemate between 25-34 however we’re open to anyone who’s the right fit! The flat is available from 22 May 2024 and the lease ends 17 November 2024.

The flat is in a great location - approximately 10min walk (800m) from East Putney Station, 8min walk (500m) from the Wandsworth bus terminals and 15min walk (1.2km) from Wandsworth Town Station. Putney, Fulham and Wandsworth are all in an easy walking distance.

A little about the flat - The available room (£850 pcm) has a double bed frame, mattress and cupboards already in place (see photos). The flat itself offers privacy with a locked lobby area upon entry. There is a full kitchen with both a dishwasher and clothes washer/dryer, as well as a large and spacious lounge room.

A little about us - I am a full time student who also works part-time. My partner is works via correspondence and is also out most of the day. We are from Australia but have been living in the UK since mid last year. We are super easy going, pride ourselves on being clean, value our and others’ privacy but also up for a chat!
