Hi there!

Our flatmate is leaving next month, so we are looking for a fun, sociable, and easygoing gal to take her place!

We live in a pretty spacious two-story flat which has a a living room space, kitchen, garden, and two bathrooms.

The available room does not have storage space built in, but the current tenant uses two closets that are located in hall outside her room.

A little bit about us current tenants:. I'm American and have lived in London for 3.5 years and work remotely as a nonprofit marketing consultant. The other is from Cornwall and has been living here since January and works as an actor/musician. The last one, who just moved in last month, is a Kiwi and works for an estate agent.

We are chilled out people - we love a few glasses of wine and a film, hosting, heading to the pub across the street for a quiz, and an end of the day chat and tv show. We keep our house very tidy and clean, and share chores, rotating each week.

We'll get along great if you are easygoing, friendly, and looking to live with people you want to be friends with as well!

Some additional details: I manage our bills and rent, so each month everyone bank transfers me their shares and I get everything paid. We also share all household expenses such as cleaning supplies, toilet paper, etc. Our bills usually total between £70-£100 pp in the summer/spring and £100-150 in the fall/winter.
