Single Room with double bed near Clapham Junction

The flatshare is situated on East Hill Road in Wandsworth. It is very well connected being a 10 minute walk to Clapham Junction. There's also a bus stop outside with links to Peckham and a route to Aldwych which will get you all the way to Trafalgar Square. Buses going the other directions will take you to Wimbledon, Putney and Richmond.

You'll have a room with a double bed, a desk and with an inbuilt cupboard for storing clothes. There is one bathroom and a downstairs toilet. There is a big kitchen and living room area with a TV and a comfortable sofa.

The room is available from the 22nd of July and is £680 a month with a one month deposit. All bills, council tax and wifi is included. We're looking for a young professional, preferably male. You'll be living with Ben, Krasimir and Sam. Ben is 29 and works as a data analyst in the city of London. Krasimir is a flight attendent for easyjet and Sam is older and a relative of the landlord(he is currently living in China but occasionally comes back for a few days holiday.). It will mostly be the three of you in the flat.

We have a fairly social household whilst also wanting our own space. We tend to have a chat in the kitchen in the evening after work but ensure that the house is fairly quiet after a certain time.
