Hey guys, looking to sublet my room in Southfields for AUGUST
It’s a 15 minute bus (bus stop directly outside) to Clapham and a five minute walk to the tube station (district line) which gets you to Chelsea/notting hill/west area in about 20 mins and then Mayfair/central in 35 mins, which is insane for London.
Living with two lovely girls (25-29).
Decent size kitchen, living room, courtyard and toilet downstairs and the three bedrooms and bathroom (another toilet and shower) upstairs.
It’s close to Wimbledon park too and you also have the overground train from earlsfield which is a 10 minute walk and can get you to waterloo in 15 mins and Clapham in like 5.
