Very nice three bedroom (one-floor) flat near the bottom of Southfields and a 10 minute walk from Earlsfield. Plenty of shops and cafes nearby and two social housemates. We have a great existing relationship with the landlord and I'm only moving out in the aims of going travelling next year. We'd like a housemate who is respectful in communal areas and wants to be social and outgoing. The room has it's own bathroom and is spacious including a double bed. Within close proximity to the district line and overground from Earlsfield station it's not too far to get into central London. Council Tax band D.
