Small double room available in Wandsworth, SW18 from end of November (Exact date TBC. Can be slightly flexible). Rent is £575 + £100ish for bills per month. Deposit is £556. 


Hey! We're Bryony(29), Amalia(25) and Olivia(24). We’re from New Zealand and Australia, and we’re looking for an awesome new gal to join our flat family. We’re into all the standard stuff - we’re partial to a few wines, a takeaway night, and love to make the most of our local pubs and restaurants. We have pretty busy lives but very much enjoy socialising, playing tennis and getting in some binge TV watching during the week day evenings. We really are like family, we take care of each other and love to spend time together and are looking for someone keen to be a part of that.


The flat is a 4 bed 1 bath flat on the first floor of a gated apartment complex. The room itself is fully furnished with a small double bed, a beside table, wardrobe and tall boy. It gets lovely morning sun. 


The flat is in a great location with heaps going on around us. It’s a 5 min walk to Wandsworth Southside shopping centre and there’s lots of great pubs and restaurants just minutes away as well. East Putney tube (District Line) is 15 min walk and Wandsworth Town (SWR) is a 10 min walk. There is a small Tesco 5 min walk away, a Lidl and Waitrose in Southside shopping centre, and a big Sainsbury's just an 8 min walk away.


We’re looking for a girl, aged 26-30 to keep the age balance. To pass referencing with our property management company you will need to have a job.
