My boyfriend is moving out so they’re looking for someone to replace him. Double room available in a large, spacious open and light house. Perfect location with The Wandle a short walk away (and Earlsfield train station/bus to tooting for the northern line) and loads of public transport links to Clapham Balham Waterloo etc. room for bike to be stored inside (big kitchen with a conservatory type area) also lots of space for storage (attic) if needed. Parking is easy and permit can be applied for or free to park on weekends or evenings. Garden is unreal for bbq season. Pictures don’t do it justice. Move in date flexible but within December.
Currently an all boys household which they ideally want to keep and the house mates will be a Mancunian, Australian and South African. Socialable household with mutual respect, often up for a beer but equally chilled and do their own thing too.

There is also potentially the option of a larger double room with an en suite at the top of the house for £1150. This top room is currently the actual room being moved out of however one of the current boys is planning to move up to it so it’s his room we’re advertising. However we want to get someone in sooner than later (so we can move into our new place quicker) so if the bigger room is a better for you then this can be an option too as current housemate doesn’t mind not moving up if we can get someone who is a good fit in!
