We’re three young female professionals (working in medicine, banking, and consulting) looking for a new flatmate to join our relaxed and tidy home. The available room is on the lower floor of our two-level flat – it’s small but cozy, and comes furnished with a bed and wardrobe. Please note there is no desk space, so might not be suitable for people who WFH.
Right next to the room is a shower and toilet that’s not technically en suite, but it’s only used by you – and occasionally by guests if they need to pop to the loo – so it’s pretty much your own private bathroom.
The flat is bright, modern, and well looked after, with a shared kitchen and living area. We’re in a great location – just a 12-minute walk from Clapham Junction, with plenty of shops, cafes, and transport links nearby.
We’re all fairly busy with work and social lives, but the flat has a friendly and respectful atmosphere. We’re looking for someone similar – clean, considerate, and easygoing.
