Hey girls I am looking for a replacement for my lovely room in a 3 bedroom house in Wandsworth town as I’m moving due to buying.

The ladies I live with are the most amazing girls and my close friends so I am looking to find someone who will blend into the house well for them. They are a 27 year old and a 24 year old who one works full time at home and the other works hybrid.

Looking for a girl between aged 24-28 who is kind, clean and sociable.

The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet room, a separate living room, dining room/study and lounge as well as a lovely garden. The house is located a 3 minute walk from Wandsworth town station and a 20 minute walk to Clapham junction.

Rent is £842 a month
Deposit is £1019 which would be paid to me & your name switched over on the deposit scheme on the contract
Bills range but approx £120 per month, these change monthly depending on usage and are managed by one person in the house.

The house came unfurnished so I will be taking parts of furniture with me in the house but I am going to sell my bedroom furniture with the room if the person wants so we can discuss this at a later date.

You will have to meet the landlord and pass reference checks so please only serious enquires. I will be looking to have someone chosen by 6th July and will be able to do viewings from 25th June where you will hopefully meet the girls.
