We’re looking for a quiet, considerate lodger who likes to keep themselves to themselves and appreciates a calm household. You'd be sharing with a professional couple.

Location: 10-minute walk to East Putney tube (District Line), and easy walking distance to Putney and Wandsworth.

Rent: £900 pcm (excluding bills – usually around £140 each per month - Council Tax Band C).

Deposit: One month’s rent.

Term: Minimum 6 months.
