I am moving out of our 3 bed house share at the end of November. The house is located on a quiet road and is about 5-10 minutes from Clapham junction and Wandsworth town stations
Bills are £115 per month- not included in the rent price advertised above
The two girls living there, Sophie and Alice, are very clean and sociable. They enjoy going to the CrossFit gym in Clapham and the occasional night out on the weekend.
Almost everything in the room is mine so I’ll be taking it, except the chest of drawers and the bed frame (mattress is mine and it pretty new, but will sell it)
