The flat is a relatively new build, really cosy and quiet. Situated directly above the co-op so very handy! There’s a lovely open plan living room and kitchen, as well as a shared roof terrace. All fully furnished.

The available room is a lovely bright double, with fitted double wardrobes (super useful) and plenty of space for bits of your own furniture. (The bed is included). There’s a big private bathroom with a bath, too.

🚘 There is a car parking space which is ideal for visitors and secure storage for bikes.

📍Ten minutes walk from Earlsfield train station and buses from outside run straight into central. Super easy to get to Tooting Broadway station too for the northern line. We’re about 8 minutes from a huge Sainsbury’s and Southside shopping centre too which is super convenient.

💸 Rent is £900 a month, and bills come to about £175.

Looking for someone to take over my contract as I’m relocating. We can be a bit flexible on dates but ideally aiming for around 14th November.

Current housemate is Becka, 30, works in publishing doing the usual 9 - 5 hours (two days a week from home), loves reading, running, going out for dinner (and sweet treats 🧁)

Looking for someone friendly who’s clean and tidy and also works either full time in the office or hybrid. We’d love someone who has their own life but also likes to chill on the sofa together with a glass of wine and Netflix after a long day! 🍷
