We are looking someone to fill my room from 1 January 2026 (I can be flexible with the move in date, give or take a couple of weeks).
You'd be moving in with a genuinely lovely group of working professionals aged 28-31. You would be living with 2 Aussies (male and female) and a Greek (female) who are all good pals.
The house vibe? Social, fun, and very friendly. Think summer BBQs in the garden, occasional parties that don't derail your week, and cosy movie nights that will trigger debates about what to watch.
We're looking for someone who fits the vibe — ideally 27+ and a working professional.
Rent: £595 a month including all bills and subscriptions for Amazon Prime/Sky/Netflix etc etc which is a bonus
Bond: 1 months rent
Location: A casual 2-minute stroll to Southfields Station (District line), 5 minutes to Wimbledon Park Common, and an easy reach to Earlsfield, Wandsworth and Putney.
