I’m looking for two friendly, considerate housemates to join my home in a bright, well-kept Victorian house.

Both rooms are spacious doubles and available at the same time, so this would suit two individuals or two friends who’d like to move in together (no couples please).

The Rooms:

-Two generous double bedrooms.

-Fully furnished (one currently being upgraded with a new double bed).

-Bright, calm spaces with plenty of storage.

-£1,295 pcm each, bills included.

The House:

-Owner-occupied (I live here too)

-Large, comfortable living room.

-Modern kitchen with lots of storage and workspace.

-Garden with seating.

-Clean, well-maintained bathroom.

-Fortnightly professional cleaner for the entire house.

-Calm, homely rather than a party house.

-Bills (utilities, council tax, internet) are included.

About Me:

-I’m easy-going, sociable but respectful of space.

-Enjoy playing Tennis, padel and golf. Go to gym regularly.

-Watching TV series and films

-Eating out and drinks with friends

-Cooking, good conversation, and relaxed evenings in

-I often travel a few months in the year, so I’m looking for people who are independent, considerate, and comfortable in a grown-up, friendly household.

-Respectful of shared spaces

-Open to the occasional shared meal, TV night, or chat, but also happy doing your own thing
