Cosy Double Room in Friendly 3-Bed Home 🌿

I’m moving out of my lovely room as I’m moving home to Ireland and looking for someone to take over this cosy double in a great 3-bed house.

A comfortable double room with built-in storage, plus extra storage under the bed.

The house:🏠
A spacious, open-plan kitchen and living area that’s perfect for cooking, relaxing, or the occasional catch-up together. Out back there’s a large garden that’s a real sun trap in the summer.

The location: 📍
The house is tucked away on a quiet street just off St John’s Hill, so you get the best of both worlds: peaceful living with brilliant connections. Clapham Junction is only a 10–15 minute walk away, with lots of bus routes just a couple of minutes from the house. St John’s Hill itself has plenty of great restaurants, cafés, and bars, and you’re also within a 10–15 minute walk of a big Sainsbury’s, Asda, and Lidl. Wandsworth Town is about a 10-minute walk away, and there are plenty of green spaces nearby too.

The housemates:
You’d be living with Sophie (32) and Lydia (31), both full-time workers who work from home a couple of days a week. Lydia is currently training for the London Marathon, and Sophie is also a keen runner and gym-goer. They’re both friendly, social, and enjoy a good night out, but the house has a nice balance — we’ll sometimes watch TV together, while also respecting each other’s space and busy London lives.

Someone friendly, respectful, and tidy, who’s happy to be part of a relaxed and welcoming household.
