Double room in homey SW18 flat for short-term let

My lovely friend/flatmate is moving out of London at the end of March (although could be earlier if needed), so looking for a short-term flatmate while I work out whether to stay/sell up this summer! Would consider a couple as it's short term, and anything from 2-6 months (possibility of longer if I keep the flat!) So perfect for anyone working in London short-term, waiting to buy somewhere of their own, or in a state of flux/limbo in life!

I'm a teacher who works long hours in term time and likes to chill at home or play netball/exercise during the week. I tend to spend weekends out and about in London/seeing friends and family.

It's a lovely, cosy, Victorian flat with shared kitchen, living room and bathroom, plus a shared garden out back. I co-own with my brother but only I live here - my partner staying once/twice a week.

* Double bedroom with big, built in wardrobes

* Great transport links - 10 min walk to Earlsfield overground (regular, fast trains to Clapham Junction/Vauxhall/Waterloo) and Southfields tube (district line), and great bus links just outside

* 2 mins from huge park - perfect for runs/walks etc!

* Good local shops, pubs, gyms and supermarkets
