My flatmate is moving out next month, so I’m looking for someone to take over his room in our beautiful two-bed flat, move-in date can be negotiated :)

The flat is very spacious (just over 1,000 sq ft) and set within a grand period building with lots of character. The standout feature is the huge reception room with bay windows, which fills the space with natural light and makes it a really lovely place to relax or have friends over.

The flat also has:
• Two decent-sized double bedrooms
• Fully equipped kitchen
• Modern bathroom
• Wooden flooring throughout
• Private garden with decking (great in the summer)
• Off-street parking (I have a car there currently but willing to discuss this if you need)

Location-wise it’s ideal, a quiet residential street but close to Earlsfield railway station and all the shops, cafés, parks, and restaurants around Wandsworth.

A bit about me, I’m 30 and work for a kombucha startup called Holos Kombucha (there are free drinks involved!).

I also share the flat with my 4-year-old Mini Aussie Penny, who’s very friendly and part of the household, so being dog-friendly is essential.

Outside work I’m into music, yoga, cocktails, animals, skateboarding, good food, and getting outdoors.

I’m looking for someone friendly, tidy, respectful and fairly easygoing who wants a relaxed home rather than a party house (although occasional parties/dinner parties yes!).
LGBTQ+ friendly is essential, and ideally someone who enjoys the occasional chat or shared meal but also respects each other’s space.
