Only shared areas are the kitchen, and the way into the boat. These areas are shared with a couple living ar the other end of the boat.

Included in the rent is a free use of a gym and a swimming pool.

There is easy access to the city - Uber Boat all points east is a 1 minute walk away whilst the mooring itself is in Zone 2, close to Putney Bridge Station and Chelsea & Fulham bus routes one way and Wimbledon Common and Putney Heath the other.

The accommodation on offer is a double room with its own dining room/office and an attached shower and toilet solely for your use.

Shared facilities with the boat owners comprise of a spacious kitchen with dish washer, washing machine, hob, oven, microwave and air fryer. As well as a shared stairwell. Also included is access to a small private gym and a fantastic heated swimming pool.
