Sadly my flatmate is moving out of London for work so looking for someone to take her place in Wandsworth/ Putney!

- Spacious sunny double room (unfurnished but big built in wardrobes) with own big bathroom
- Balcony gets the sun all afternoon!
- Nice spacious living area (note the standing desk will have gone)
- Plenty of storage
- 2 mins walk to the river & Wandsworth park
- lovely landlords who are always speedy to reply (I’ve been in the flat 3 years & they’ve always been great/ never increased the rent!!)
- 10 mins walk to Wandsworth town overground & East Putney for the district line plus all the buses etc
- So many new cafes/ Pilates studios etc opening up to explore
- poss of parking: an underground car park & usually people renting out their spaces

💷 Rent

£1,250 per month (not inc. bills)
Bills roughly £130 (steady throughout the year as it’s a warm flat so very rarely needs heating!)
Move in date anytime after 20th July

✨A bit about me
I’m 30 & northern, working in the city & tend to go in 3 days a week so ideally looking for someone on a similar pattern.
I tend to be relatively busy on an eve between sports etc but love to come home for an end of the day debrief!
Would love for someone similarly wanting to make it a home- up for the odd movie night/ pub/ coffee/ walk/game of padel!

Ideally looking for someone who is:
-Friendly, considerate and easy-going
-Up for the occasional pub trip, coffee walk or girly night in
-Respectful of shared spaces and enjoys a clean, relaxed environment
-Female mid 20s - mid 30s
- Ideally doesn’t WFH full time
