The property is a lovely flat in Spencer Park, with 1 bathroom, a nice kitchen, communal outdoor garden, and a generous lounge. It is a 10 minute walk from Clapham Junction and the bars, pubs, cafes and restaurants on Northcote Road.
We are two working professionals who have been close friends since university. We enjoy football, fitness and gym, going to pubs / bars and restaurants and exploring London. We are tidy, friendly and easy going.
We are looking for someone who would not only live in the property but is sociable (would be nice to do things together!), tidy and respectable of space and times where we can get on with our own things too.
