Lovely double room to rent in riverside location

I have a lovely room to rent in my modern contemporary apartment. Just 15 minutes walk to Battersea Park and Chelsea. The bus stops right outside to Victoria and Clapham Junction. Included in the rent are all bills, including free wifi, gym, air conditioning and 24hrs concierge for parcels and security. Also offered on the development is a laundry service, pub, supermarket, hairdressers, and several very good restuaurants are just a short walk away.

I am an easygoing person and often work late so look forward to relaxing when I come home for work. Ideally wanting to share with someone like minded person who enjoys a bit of luxury and a glass of wine now and again.

What else can I say except this is a great place to live right on the Thames and from here there is a nice walk along to Battersea Bridge or in the other direction to Putney.
