Those desperate for garden need look no further especially in these trying times outside space vital! Wonderful Coach House with off street parking. Secluded garden great for outdoor dining, in a quiet friendly neighbourhood. The house is in excellent decorative order having just been decorated and re carpeted. Fast wifi ,Great living space and well equipped kitchen with washing machine ,dishwasher and to garden direct access. Large dining table all making for a very sociable house. Ideal housemates would be outgoing but able to respect others privacy when needed, hopefully caring enough to keep house tidy and clean ,even though a cleaner comes in . Bills included. Nancy is 28 and works as a Marketing Specialist in the travel industry. She likes hiking and cooking, and in a normal year would be spending many of her weekends travelling. Natasha is 27 and works in real estate investment. She enjoys cooking and cycling, and also loves to travel. We both work quite long hours during the week so are hoping to find someone quiet and tidy who respects that during the week, but is equally happy to split a bottle of wine or share an aperol spritz at the weekend!
