Hi guys,

We are renting out our single room in our flat in South Wimbledon. It is available to move in from 1st of September.

The single room is available for £500 p\month all bills included, £500 security deposit required.
-2-3 mins walk to South Wimbledon tube station where Northern line available
-Also 2-3 mins walk to bus stop (57,131,152,219,93)
-10 mins to Wimbledon station

We are great friends and love to socialise in the evening, cook dinner together, but equally love to chill in our rooms watching telly and having a quite one especially after a long day. We are easy going and get along with anyone so we are looking for a person or a couple who are organised and like to socialise with flatmates.
