Room available in 3 bedroom cosy furnished house with a garden, sharing with 2 others. The bedroom is furnished with double bed, drawers, wardrobe and shelves.

Cats are welcome! There is a catflap and landlord is okay with cats. The garden is great for summer, and we have a gas bbq. The house has parking available.

For when lockdown is over - We’re across the road from Merton Abbey Mills (An Arts & Crafts Village on the river Wandle with a weekend market, live music and fantastic places to eat), 2 minute walk to the huge Sainsburys and M&S, Virgin Active gym and Tandem shopping Centre.

We have great transport links, Colliers Wood or South Wimbledon Stations are only 5-10 minutes walk away, both on the Northern line - central London is around 30 minutes away, and lots of buses and night buses. It’s only a 20 minute walk or 10 minute bus ride to Wimbledon or Tooting, great for shopping or eating out. We also have our very own green oasis at Morden Hall Park, if you like outdoor activities, long walks or bike rides this will be perfect for you.

Rent is £500pcm payable to landlord directly, deposit is £500 to outgoing housemate, currently bills are £110pcm payable to one of the housemates. Bill money covers: Council Tax, Electricity, Gas and Water, Sky, Phone, and TV licence.

There is no minimum or maximum date to stay in the property but the deal is if you move out you will need to find a replacement housemate before you go.
