My current flatmate is moving out so there is a very spacious double bedroom with balcony and extensive views available in our beautiful two bedroom sunny flat. The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and excellent storage. We have a large rear garden and a residents parking permit is available.

It is situated in a quiet street with a short walk to a good range of shops.

A 5-10 minute walk to South Wimbledon and Colliers Wood stations (Northern Line) and 15-20 minutes walk to Wimbledon (mainline , Overground and District Line).

Well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and sitting room including sofa bed. Cable wifi and TV (not included)

The bills (not included) are currently an additional £70pcm (each) averaged £840per annum each excluding council tax (which is currently around £77pcm each)

I am 33 yo and I work as Radiographer for an NHS trust. I am easy going and I love travelling, cooking and going to the gym (recently got back into tennis, so if you're a player too that'd be a plus!) I often meet up with friends trying out new cuisines but also love a chilled night in watching Netflix. Among my passions there's also going to theatre, cinema and baking!

Would ideally suit a professional female, Non-smoker who doesn’t work remotely all week. Quiet neighbourhood with no through traffic. Parking permit available to purchase.
