My current flatmate is moving out due to a change in her circumstances and I am looking for a friendly flat mate to share our beautiful two bedroom flat. The room available is a large spacious sunny private loft room with ensuite bathroom. It is dual aspect and has high ceilings. The west facing window with Juliette balcony overlooks the recently landscaped rear garden and has distant views to Wimbledon common and beyond. The front window faces east and gets the morning sun. There is excellent storage in the eaves.

The room is furnished with a double bed, bedside tables and a triple wardrobe. A desk can be made available.

The open plan kitchen on the first floor is well equipped with a breakfast bar and opens onto the sitting room which has a comfy sofa bed.

There is wifi available.

We have a large sunny rear garden with outside seating along with a shed should you have a bicycle. Residents parking permit is available.

It is situated in a quiet street with a short walk to a Sainsbury's superstore and a large M&S .

It is a 5-10 minute walk to South Wimbledon and Colliers Wood stations (Northern Line) and 15-20 minutes walk to Wimbledon (mainline , Overground and District Line).

The bills are not included and are currently approximately £65pcm each. Council tax is currently around £77 pcm each, Council Tax band C

I am 34 years old and I work as a Radiographer for an NHS trust. I am easy going and I love travelling, cooking and going to the gym I recently got back into tennis, so if you're a player too that would be a plus! I often meet up with friends trying out new cuisines but also love a chilled night in watching Netflix. Among my passions is going to theatre, cinema and baking!

The flat would ideally suit a professional female, non-smoker who doesn’t work remotely all week.
