My name Nit and am currently looking to let out 2 rooms which is a double room …. The house is just 5-10 mins away from from Colliers wood ….. 13 mins walk from the Tandem Centre…. With Sainsbury’s and mark Spencer is literally 12 mins walk away and you be able to find Burger King , Curry’s , Dunlem, Idli … near our house you have a co ops…. And a Tesco …. With bar restaurants and pubs for you to enjoy …. Along with a Gyms if you choice to join

We are literally 20 mins away from Wimbledon 35 mins away from Raynes Park and 50 mins away from Kingston…. You can even walk to Tooting Broadway which takes roughly 16 mins …

The bus available in my area is 57, 219 or 131 and near the station you can find the 200 … 152 which takes u to Mitcham or 490 which goes to Epsom … And Colliers wood station is on the northern line..

( 45 mins away from central London ) and connecting you to the other lines like Piccadilly.. Victoria line ETC .

I am a Hindu and would like to find light spritual people who does not eat certain meat like beef ham pork salami …. This is not allowed in the home and I would like someone who will respect … ( you may eat outside but not in the house please )

The room alone is £875 but there will be an additional cost for £95 for bills like energy bill …. In the winter this will increase … so please bare this in mind
