Housemate Needed for 3 Bed Flat in Wimbledon Park

Hi! One of our current housemates is moving out so we need to get a replacement! This is a 3 bed house share in Wimbledon Park/ Earlsfield. It is a 5-10 minute walk to Wimbledon Park station ( District line) and a 10-15 minute walk to Earlsfield Station.

The rent for the room will be £760, with bills coming in separately at just under £150.

A little bit about us:

Myself and Matt are both professionals who work from home and in the office. We're also easy going and in to football, cooking and pub quizzes.

We are looking for someone who can fit in to the social dynamic of the house but equally has their own thing going on too.
